What Sean calls the "most important salsa in American culture" it is commonly referred to as "table salsa" or "endless salsa". Made fresh daily and served with crispy tortilla chips.
QUESADILLA
What some simply call a "Mexican grilled cheese". A 26.5cm soft flour tortilla smothered head to toe with cheese and fried on the grill until crispy. Add birria to turn this snack into a hefty meal.
BIRRIA RAMEN
A popular item with Mexican street vendors, our Birria Ramen is made with our 16 hour slow cooked birria, the consume from the birria as the broth, and thick Shin Ramyun noodles. Perfect on a cold day!

The taco that started it all. 100% New Zealand beef slow cooked for 16 hours in a blend of Mexican chiles and spices. Served on a crispy fried tortilla with melted cheese and topped with onions and coriander. Comes with a side of our house made Orange Sauce.
